Ani is founder and CEO of Netramind. Netramind empowers companies to scale their businesses profitably by using disciplined search marketing techniques. Ani has been in professional services field for last 20 years.
Ani has gone through the cycle of being an entrepreneur - technical architect - being in executive management - back to being an entrepreneur. He has worked in consulting and in management capacity with various venture funded private and public companies in Silicon Valley over last 10 years. As a consulting technical architect Ani was involved with many global, multilingual marketing project implementations for Cisco systems as early as 1994. As an executive he was responsible for creation of information technology, training and knowledge management divisions for consulting arm of Xoriant - a silicon valley based 600 people consulting firm. Later he also established pre-sales and professional services groups for the software products division of Xoriant.
Ani completed his Bachelor of Technology from IIT Bombay as well as his Masters in Operations Research. Ani holds dual MBA from Columbia NY and HAAS school of Business - Berkeley, CA. |

Santosh is Founder and Managing Director of Netramind. Santosh has over 20 years of proven experience in the areas of global software delivery and managing engineering teams in the US and India. Prior to founding Netramind, Santosh has been Founder and Director at Xoriant Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Xoriant Corporation a Silicon Valley based 600+ consulting firm. Santosh setup the offshore delivery operations of over 200 engineers in Mumbai and Bangalore. Prior to that Santosh founded and managed Esstech Software Services Pvt. Ltd, a software consulting firm servicing customers in the USA and Europe. Santosh started his career with Patni Computer systems, India from where he successfully implemented large software projects for clients in USA, Holland, UK and Germany.

Achalu is VP Client Services at Netramind. Achalu is a 20-year veteran in the Information Technology Software industry. He has managed and implemented large scale ERP Packages and projects for custom-built web based solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He also has built IT support organizations from ground up to support over 1000 users.
Before joining Netramind, Achalu was the Vice President of Operations & Planning at Xoriant Corporation. Before Xoriant, Achalu managed the IT operations for the Middle East for Gulf Agency Company, a global leader in Shipping & Warehousing. Prior to that, Achalu was holding a IT management position at Brooke Bond India (Hindustan Lever) where he was responsible for implementing Financial, Supply Chain solutions across the country. Achalu has also held management positions in NIIT & JK Synthetics, India.
